OK, here we go!  We`d love to hear your opinions, including both positive feedback & constructive criticism.  What do you think of the services, overall site design & functionality?

I`m using FireFox on Win 98SE, and when I went to the "How to enjoy" page, the boxes were strangely aligned.

Your message is clear, and I got right away what it is you do. I`m a bit leery of the selection methodology, but that would be more detail than I wanted to get into. I`ll just assume you make the right selections for your clients.

On the other hand, is there really a market for this? I don`t know, since I spend no time with digital "somethings" that need loading. :-) But so what? I`m looking at the site for clarity, ease of use, and Call to Action.

Overall, I think the site works nicely....except for the layout problems. I`m not sure if it`s a validation issue, but you can take a look yourself using FireFox.

I would use this service but I have kids and they do it for me???

re: the actual website

I understood the service you provide straight away.

I found the blue text on black b/ground hard to read. I had to get really close to the screen to read the top line (and I was wearing me glassess!!).

re: services and prices. Because the words are in blue and underlined I thought they were links. They weren`t. I also found the font small (again could be my eyes - I think I need to get them checked!!!).

Is your pricing structure too complex? Too many options?

Why not just change per video/cd?

This is a UK company:

Just my first impression.

The smallest text is not easily readable, and some of the font colors and their background colors make it difficult to read. You have no meta tags. Your title tags need some work, or definition in them to be more specific what the page is about.

The bottom of your pages look like they have your main links ...

Home | How to Enjoy | Services & Prices | Contact Us

... but they aren`t links, which is confusing ( I thought my mouse took a dump when trying to click them ).

Personally I don`t think the large gray banner thing at the top of the pages is appealing at all considering the other colors used in your pages. Sticks out like a sore thumb.

Thanks for the feedback CraigL!

In reply to a few things you mentioned...

"the selection methodology":  Without going into too much detail, our Valet Content Selection Process is a hybrid of in-house software & expertise, and is based on unique client preferences.

"the layout problems":  You`re right on with this issue.  It`s definitely a result of my limited knowledge of web design in general, but should be rectified with  upcoming upgrades that`ll be made soon by someone more experienced in the web design area.

greatmanagement, thanks for the feedback!

I think many of my clients wish they had your kids.  :)  I remember one client telling me how he couldn`t get his teenager to cut the grass, let alone load his iPod.  :)

Great critique too!  Changing hard to read font and simplifying the price structure are definitely on the list.  I think it was MY eyes that needed checking during initial design.LOL

Webline, thanks for the feedback!

Metatags huh?  Well of course!...(adding to the list now!)

As for the links on the bottom, they should work.  Maybe it`s a browser compatibility issue?  I`m making the note to self now! :)

Thanks again!

Strange ..... they are links in Internet Explorer, but in Firefox they don`t work. Also, the text boxes on the How to Enjoy page are easy to read in IE, but not in Firefox.

What program was used to make this site? There is an incredible amount of code generated.

I used Publisher 2007.  I wish I could tell you more about the amount of code, but I`m really a novice at actual web design.
