I'm in the business of outsourcing and I have made my research on web design.  I've used color blue to represent trust and I'm into minimalist - or clutter-free design.  Do you think, that by simply visiting my website, you'll feel that it is a site that you would trust ( based on the design ).  What do you think can be improved?  Thanks in advance  Smile

Hey,

The website looks really nicely put together. I like the design but I would generally trust it but I would also like to see contact info prominently displayed in the header. Having a phone or live chat above the fold will help with building the trust factor. Just my 2 cents!

Hi! I have a few things for you...

... I understand you're trying to portray a certain amount of professionalism into your business, and rightfully so... but there's a problem with that if you're trying to attract new customers.

It's tough for any professional, corporate company to build trust solely through the design of a web site. I agree the colors may help but the visitor needs to have an "experience" when they visit your site. You need to make a memorable impact on them. Studies show that you only have 3 seconds to capture a visitors attention before they decide whether or not to stay on the page.

I would suggest adding a video of you, or someone from your company, on your home page that lets visitors know that your company is real and there are real people who work there. People like dealing with people.

Hopefully this doesn't sound to harsh, I'm just giving you a different point of view!

@Stomper:  Thanks for the suggestion.  I'll keep that in my list.

@Duston:  No problem.  Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.  I guess, I'll have to create myself a video for the site though I don't want to look like another internet marketing guy.  But I love your idea on the "experience" - as customers are smarter and ever-discerning these days.

Thanks all!

Shaleen
