Hello everyone,

I just joined this forum and would appreciate any feedback on my website JobMuncher

The site targets small businesses, entrepreneurs,  non-profits, schools, and other businesses that need to hire people by giving their websites the ability to list jobs online to do direct hires.  JobMuncher gives each company two ways to list jobs.  The first way is to provide a personalized dedicated jobs listing page and the second way is a jobs listing widget that can be embedded into a web page.  JobMuncher also provides candidate management tools and other features.

So how is this different from Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc?  JobMuncher isn't a portal for job seekers to search across many companies to find jobs.  It instead focuses on job seekers that visit a company's website looking for job openings.  Companies get the benefit of showcasing professionally listed jobs and the tools needed to manage the hiring process.

Any feedback you provide is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Duston

Hi!

I think the overall concept of your site is great... the one piece of advice I would have for you is to capture your visitor's information so you can follow up with the people who may have been interested but didn't sign up.

Maybe get them to opt-in and give up their information for a free report on "The 5 Mistakes Most Companies Make When Posting A Job".

Then you could have an autoresponder set up that would follow up with them every few days so you stay in the front of their mind.

Thanks for the comments and feedback Dustin!  Your advice is point well taken.  I do try to capture the visitor information when they attempt to sign-up but that is not as upfront as what you are mentioning.  I will think about possibly working that into the design.  Thanks again.

I made the changes suggested by Duston and I can say that it made total sense.  Any other comments on the site?

Great site!

I like the concept and name.

Very simple to navigate and find things.

Best of luck!
