Hi Everyone,

I would really appreciate some feedback on my website. In addition to any technical or design points, I want to know if it communicates a clear and effective message to viewers.

Please don't hold back on your feedback - all criticism is valuable (but I'm not averse to positive feedback either!)

Best wishes,

Mark.

Hi Guys,

One thing to clarify here... I have never been sure whether the website should be simply a show case for work and product offering - ie a marketing support tool, or whether I should be trying to generate leads from it.

Again, advice and views would be appreciated.

Best wishes,

Mark.

Hello,

I dont see anything wrong with the site from my stand point:

It loads in all my browsers correctly
It deliveres the message that your a business to help businesses.
Your contact information is clearly seen
You have good page rank already, obviously your promoting the site.

A few things that I would add to help you get the brand across to more individuals is to create more social accounts for the business as well as setup a blog for the website. Add these connections to the website itself so that even if a visitor doesn't particularly like the site they may prefer to interact with you on one of the social networks.

Just some points to consider, Let me know if you need help with this.

Hi Ibero,

Many thanks for your reply here.

You have been really quite generous in your feedback - were you just being kind? I have a feeling that the site really needs to get overhauled and am speaking to a designer just now.

The message is a key issue, because I have had quite diverse feedback. On the whole, I think the site communicates what we do and how we do it, but some people find it a little too academic in its approach. The next draft will really need to tone down a bit, but I think it is important to be true to your way of doing things.

In terms of social accounts, I make use of Linked In, Twitter and Facebook and have started to look at YouTube and Pinterest but am perhaps less clear on how they might help. I realise that there are an increasing number of other sites (stumpleupon, etc) but have to say that I am not sure how they all fit together- wouldn't it be great if all these things could be managed from a single platform?

Thanks again for your feedback and advice - it's greatly appreciated.

Best wishes,

Mark.
