I am a customer located in the U.S. My recent experience with the coco-fashion.com whole sale web based company from mainland has been extremely frusterating. In early Mar i placed order of merchandise worth of $116(U.S.) The delivery of the package came almost a month later that approximate delivery time they posted. An item was missing within my purchase, and couple other items are very differently from what the web display shows, and dexcriped in on the web. On top of all that, communicating with the representatatives of this website proved extremely difficult. They will just ignore e-mail messages send to in inquiring about the merchandise purchase confirmation, deliverying time, and item quality, and return etc. 
Since May 3rd to date,I have not recieved a single reply on my inquiries, nor did they refund the money on the merchandise they failed to send.
I am a regular online shopper, and bought merchandise from all corners of the world. But never had I have any absurd experience like this with any one.
I warn every prospect buyers to stay away from this web seller. Worse than anything, the merchandise i recieved are all cheap imitations of Japanese and Korean merchandise, and most of them are made with poor quality materials.  Some are useable of course, but they are not delivered to the standard they describe in their own words, and lacks in the dimensions.  Sweater dresses they features so beautifully on their site are very diffirent from what you will get. The colors, texture, length(much shorted than in pictures; if you see the sweater dress that is feature just above knees,actually are no longer than regular sweaters(sits just below waistline), and carries strange odors.  Stay away from buying from them if you can.  Try other website ShanghaiTang.com, alibaba.com etc, where you have much better customer service, and product quality coontrol, and garanteed timely return, and exchange policy.
