Social network is popular, create websites and and blogs are easy now,
but create an online business is still difficult:
1. Big money is needed to start
or
2. If it is started, it is not quaranteed to get users, etc...

can we work collectively to create an online business using collective wisdom theory?

No, because there`s no practical organization of "collective" wisdom. It`s consensus decision-making, working with an unmanaged simple majority.

No because someone has to put his or her name on the paperwork as the party responsible for taxes, expenses, loan payments and the like.
