I was censored for spelling a "bad word" with an "*" vs. an "i"? (and one "*" vs. an "u")?

And here it was I thought we were all adults and allowed to provide our thoughts and concerns about life ... sigh.

So it`s okay for the leading service and goods providers to wrap their predatory intentions in the guise of "helping the American entrepreneurs rebuild America" but not for me to go off on them and "warn" others here about being gamed (Playing on Local Sentiments to Influence Small Business Purchase Decisions)?

Oh well, on the off chance this doesn`t also get nuked, this is the conference site and you can decide if the brands/sponsors have been great about working with entrepreneurs and all that jazz: http://www.warrillowsummit.com/index.php

Gosh darn this kind of bugs me ... I`ve never had one of my posts nuked on SuN before (weird, might have at least given me a chance to edit it first).  My whole point is let`s get real people; nothing wrong with seeing the value of the Small Business segment to your corporate bottom line but when you try to feed me a big shovel of steaming hockey pucks wrapped in all the key words do you really not expect me to go, "Ah, if you really want to help, vs. just wrapping up a new account, then take a look at the way you run your own purchasing and communications" ... and if I can`t go off "sewer rat crazy" here (where anyone can go see all the things I`ve gone off on and put things into context) then where am I to go (yeah, well there is that place, but we`re going into summer here so that`s close enough for now).

I`m not positive, but from what I`ve seen a lot of this kind of censoring is built into the forum software and is automated. Not sure about deleting an entire post as the result-consequence, though.

From the first link:
"... In this webinar we will examine two very practical hypotheses on what drives local affinity in the small business market: Reciprocity and Convenience...."

What`s interesting is that they don`t mention customer service. Nor do they mention product reliability, in the sense of being able to get what you intended to buy.

Another important "key word" is the enterprise marketer. The word enterprise essentially refers to huge corporate conglomerates. It`s a way to separate out a corporation from a gigantic corporation.

Catherine Austin-Fitts has been a champion for the local economy, particularly nowadays. We put our paycheck into a bank headquartered in New York, where our money vanishes into the financial catastrophe. Then we`re told we can borrow our money for many times what we earn if we lend it out.

Her main idea is to walk away from multinational banks, and start supporting local Savings & Loans, Credit Unions, and small local banks.

The result of this kind of thinking is a slow move toward focusing on the local neighborhood economy. No matter what these enterprise gurus are suggesting, if the American population begins a groundswell movement toward local small businesses, nothing is going to save the big enterprise companies.

It reminds me of politicians changing their basic positions on the basis of polling data, surveys, and town-hall meetings. It`s the difference between having a position, versus having principles.

Even the phrase "targeting small businesses" demonstrates the problem. Values and principles aren`t a "fad." They`re not momentary gimmicks to be used for manipulative marketing tactics. Yes, the process works----there are a lot of really mind-numbed robots in the world.

But if the entire economy and consumer base begins to shift toward quality, stability, local reputation, and so on, that`ll be a major problem for enterprise marketers.

It`s pretty easy to get censored on here.  It`s happened to me even without pseudo-profanity.   Actually, since it`s not the gubmet that is shutting us down, it`s not censorship - but I know what you mean.
