the best way to find them is search for the topic you want and put "+ blog" next to it. example:  hot bread + blog.  when you get the links, run them through the google page rank tool (available online, just search for it).  i am assuming you need this for backlinks building.

Now about the review. This is something very interesting. For those who have bought link packets from oldies such as Angela Edwards, Paul Johnson, Terry Kyle, Joe Finn and the likes, you would call Tucan's list a "link packet". They come mostly in form of blog comments and blog pages though.

It comes as a zip file, with a number of PDF files inside the zip. Each of the PDF files have a list of link sources. These seem to be mainly do-follow but also includes some no-follow. They have PR and that's a great thing.

This list is a portion of all PageRank 9 and 10 pages derived from the Google Toolbar, which displays the PageRank of a web page currently displayed by a browser.
