equipment mostly. Stuff I was interested in or know something
about.
Craig`s thoughts are on the money. CL is always changing around.
You CAN make some great money buying commodities and
selling them from your house. Online isn`t the only way to do it.
You can run tiny buy/sell newspaper ads and many other old
school strategies and get your phone ringing off the hook.
Think way beyond Craigslist though. It`s a hangout for the younger
generation but not the older too much. Lots of people above a certain
age don`t use the internet at all but they have stuff to sell and you
can reach them by advertising where they look: bulletin boards, newspapers,
and so forth.
You can also turn a tidy profit by bringing stuff to real auction houses.
Buy a dining-room set for $50 from an old lady and sell it for $250 at
auction. You just need a truck and to do a little snooping around.
Jim Straw is the king of this stuff. BusinessLyceum.com is his site.
Real old school.
