i need help drawing up the terms and conditions, privacy policy, copyright issues for a video sharing website. when can i get help fast and cheap.

Google has been sued 1,000`s of times so researching what they have might be a great start.

Or use this site for generating a privacy policy:

You could also research other web sites that provide the same or similar services...and look at thier terms and conditions, privacy, and copyright statements.

For video sharing you might check out the terms and policies at YouTube, google video, Metacafe, etc.
