Hi Brittany, I like your website and will keep it in mind when I prepare for my first little one :) Some quick feedback:
- Great call on putting a straightforward description across the top for visitors to quickly understand what you offer. The customer support phone number is also well positioned.
- I think that the links in the left column can be reduced. Try condensing by category because my initial feeling was that I don't want to read each of them.
- Your message about free ground shipping should be much more prominent. Free shipping is one of the top motivators for people to make purchases online and you want people to know that the entire time they shop on your website.
- I LOVE the fact that you grouped products by age range. That's probably where I'd start if I planned on purchasing.
All in all, great job and best of luck!

It looks cute~ Just wonder what's the right column for? Are you planning for ads or live chat or something else? A little awkward if just being empty.
viewing in firefox there's a lot of space on the right hand side. could be used to bump your specials of the day above the fold so visitors don't need to scroll as much.
