How do you cope up with criticism?

It depends a lot on who it is coming from. 

I mean there is helpful and constructive criticism and destructive criticism.

 

In both cased I take it to heart and sometimes it hurts but when I hear constructive criticism, I take notes and review them later so I can view them in a different state.

 

With destructive criticism, I sometimes just shake it off.  I realize that it is coming from their own crap and other times I take it to heart and wonder about it for a few days.  Then I think about what was said that really hurt me and try to figure it out.
