I would like to have some comments on my website so that I can improve on it. I am not a graphic or website designer. But with reading lot of tutorials, I was able to develop this site with lot of time.  Thanks in advance for your comments.

I`ll start with the positives: i like the color scheme you are using. The rise up like an eagle is an okay graphic, but I`m not sure I`m crazy about the red drop shadow on the font. It doesn`t go with the rest of the colors.

You need an actual banner and/or logo. Your company name is in the right place on the page, but it is just plain text. Try to make it pop a little more.

As for the rest of the page, you are using too many widgets that I don`t think add anything to your message or brand. I think you can remove most of them and utilize a lot more white space. Less clutter and more overall white space will make the site look very clean and nicely put together.

Overall, I think you are off to a great start, and the site is nicely done. It just needs a few of the aforementioned tweaks and it will be perfect (in my opinion, anyway)

I think the navigation is pretty straight forward.  It seems to give over the information you want.  Simple but effective.
