okay here it is. My hostname that shows up my own website visitor logs (and everyone else`s) is this:

c-68-38-225-91.hsd1.nj.comcast.net

How do I make it this:

rabbit-mountain.com

Do I need special internet access or something?

Do you mean the host name of your computer?

What operating system are you using?

I believe it is a problem if you change your computer host name to be the same as a domain name.
