 I was curious when the best seoson is to start a food vending business on the streets. It is going to be february when our business starts and since the east coast is typically cold I was wondering if it was wise to forge on as planned and stick it out through a cold winter until march and spring. If this is the suggested approach what foods & beverages would have good sales in the winter. How does ones operation survive through the winter?
