First: you need to proof read. There are alot of typo problems. Here are a few:

"first company that came came together "
"We could have gone go to a venture capitalist "
"By on the top link, Your Part"

Second: it is way to wordy. I had to force myself to read through it and even then I still caught myself just skimming most of it.

Third: I can`t figure out if you are a charity or a business. You talk about raising money for all these diffrent things then you talk about being like Google and such and the potentional of all the money you can make.

Forth: and don`t take this bad but it reads like a scam to me. It seams like your trying to sell your idea to people so they will give you the work for free and maybe just maybe down the road they will make some money in the long run.

Fith: the way you do the justME through out the page is very distracting to a reader. You keep thinking each time it pulls your eyes to it there will be something important to read but no, it`s just the name of your web site over and over again.

If I could figure out what it is that you`re trying to accomplish - I`d happily give you a hand rewriting the intro page and condensing the text to 1-2 pointed paragraphs that give a couple of call-to-action statements.

Might i recommend a different font for your banner image? You`re sending me mixed messages by coupling those images with a font that signifies "playfulness".
Also, you need to give equal spacing to the top three images that are grouped together.

Edit: Click Here to see a quick mockup i did. I aligned the images correctly, gave them a black border (1 pixel thick) to accent the dark red you have going, and use a plain font with a slight darkened gradation going from bottom to top. The font should be plain in nature to give a cold emotionless reaction, as the emotions are already being derived by the imagery. If you`re interested in using the new banner, feel free to get it Here (and its 100 kb smaller than your original).

Way too wordy.  Few people will read that much text.

I know it is a little difficult, or maybe really difficult to understand me. English is the 3rd language that I have learned so its not my forte.

NCD: Yes, I would like to you to do that, I will speak with you soon. I will do re-read tonight when I come home.

Jarrod: Thank you for your suggestion. I will use your image that you have provided, thank you.
