I have an established business www.dramaticsmiles.com and need some tips on what i can do to make the site more user friendly. Any suggestions would greatly help. Thanks!

Your site needs some copywriting work - it has a lot of the really common problems that another SUN member discusses in this copywriting tips article.

Who is your audience? People interested in whitening their teeth? (Then make a list of dentists where they can get the product and direct there.) Dental offices? (Then list a couple of direct benefits of carrying your products.) Try to focus your text more and spell out the benefits of whatever it is that you are selling.

The product/cart setup is a little awkward.

I`m really confused on your target after reading further. You mention being the top seller to denists ... yet say buy our product because you can save hundreds on teeth whitening and cater to the end user in the FAQ ... yet if you are selling to the end-user here, will the end user have any idea what all these varying percentages are on the gels? You need to work on the target market and clarify a lot of this stuff, because it is wordy and hard to understand.
