Im planning to start a food processing business. I have no experience in this field. Wanting to start part time and then expand as it progresses.

Can someone experienced in this give an insight into this industry.. what are the hurdles involved, how different it is from a service / manufacturing industry (I understand there are several standards and regulations to adhere to)?
