"How many of the 113,000 workers who are being offered buyouts will accept their deal for tens of thousands of dollars and start their own companies with it?"
Even entrepreneur Rush Limbaugh had something to say (imagine that) about the opportunity to start a small business,
"Most people aren’t self starters; they just don’t know how to do it," said Limbaugh, who — while obviously subject to disagreement over his politics –has impeccable credentials as an entrepreneur in radio. "There’s so much entrepreneurial opportunity in this country, and it’s just waiting to be accessed."
