Hello,
I have developed a new product in the beverage market. I know investors hear of "new" and "innovative" all the time, but this is truly a new product without known direct competitors (yet). Test marketing has proven fruitful, but now we need about $10K to go into commercial production. I am looking for angel investors/co-founders who are looking to invest in food and beverage products. Where/how are the best ways to connect?

The amount you are seeking is well below the threshold for all types of "professional" investors - so you will need to connect with what I call "private investors".
They will usually be within two or three degrees of separation, so I would focus on your extended network.
From my perspective, the amount you seek seems quite low.
