i wanna make a meta search engine like dogpile.com but with some added stuff which change the algorithm and show more good result no just fetching result from google bing yahoo ...

well i wanna make a real company for it. i wanna you guys tell me how i have to make my ideas into real ?

1-what language is better to use for my system ? java php c++ ? what google or bing use ??
2-what people i have to hire ? what skill ? and how many ?
3-how much money you think i will need for my project ?

I'd say create the vision before even worrying about the coding.  I mean google has the vision "organizing the worlds information."  I don't know what they code in but they just do things that work really well for people.

You have to know the problem that you're solving.  Is this something that will make peoples lives so much easier that after having used it they think "how did I ever live without this before?"

 

You have to hire people who can get behind your vision.  

And I have no idea how much money you will need but you need to have some kind of revenue model.

This is the type of venture I have no interest in taking on.  This is something that I think you would need to go to venture capitalists for so you will need a proposal with finite numbers.
