Pssst ... I`ll let you in on a little StartupNation etiquette that most people assume is understood in a civil society.
Members who post helpful suggestions and insightful comments on this site tend to frown on people who sign up and start a thread just to promote their own business or ask for advice or assistance on matters that they haven`t bothered to research on their own.
The preferred method (as for building most business relationships) is to first do your own homework, help yourself first, offer something to others, THEN ask others to help you.
I know I speak for many others when I say we`re trying to discourage spoon-feeding and opportunists, and instead, promote self-thinking and the reading of, or listening to, the valuable information that already exists on this site.
I`m sure you wouldn`t want to appear foolish or obnoxious by asking others to do your work for you. Besides, you`d miss out on the learning experience.
Dan, You can get a list of builders and contractors by contacting the local Chamber of Commerce, this list might cost a little, but if it has all of the contacts that you need it will be worth it. I purchased a list form our local Chamber and it really paid off. It will not be expensive!! Another plus!

What`s the big deal?!!!!!
Give the guy a break, everyone on this forum may not know where to find all of the information.
As business people, why not use all of the resources that you can find and SUN is a great resource.
