key on a laptop sometimes is different, but the main point is that
opening a link in a tab is specific to Firefox (I haven`t tried IE 7.x

On a PC, that only works on FireFox, or in Internet Explorer version 7.x (tabbed browsing).

Otherwise, you have to use the Back button on the IE 6.x browsers.
