Dear       ,

Re: Classic Creations Product Line

We have a wonderful product line we are happy to introduce to potential retail clients.

I personally use Classic Creations products, and I can tell you that their products are of the finest quality.  In addition, they are paraben free, which in today’s world people are looking for.   I wouldn`t have taken this step if I didn`t feel these fine products would complement your business and provide a real benefit to our customers.

I enclose a product and price list, and order form, along with my business card.  If you would like more information, please feel free to contact me at (212) 769- and/or kanycwholesale@yahoo.com

We value your business and look forward to continuing to serving you in the future. Please don`t hesitate to get in touch regarding questions you may have.

Sincerely,

Katherine Appello

President/CEO

Katt,

I just looked at your original post and this is an outstanding rewrite.

Have you defined your initial product line(s)? Are you demonstrating and/or catalog selling? Don`t forget samples!

Your product looks beautiful on the site. Need pricing and can I buy less than 6 bottles pleez? One of the biggest mistakes we can make is talking about the "firm" instead of the customer. It is sage advice often heard here under the SuN that goes asumthing like this: "Don`t tell customers what you do, tell what you have for their needs."                       -some words may have been changed to protect the innocent :)                                              (chime in here folks!)

Best of luck to you girl!

I have another question though, why do you start the email with the contact information? shouldn`t it be posted in the end?

I will be mailing it to spas and shops that sell herbs and such.  I am compiling my list and just have to verify addresses and who management is.  I was just offered the chance to have my own line and the products (perfume, lotion etc...) are guaranteed to be free of harmful chemicals.  They are sending me samples.  Their minimum purchase is 12.  I may, if I like their samples, just sell that under K.A.N.Y.C. Beauty.

The online samples I saw had the contact info at the top.  I do want to make it even better, so how can I write it so it focuses more on the product itself, any suggestions?

Once I get those samples and then have samples of the bottles, I would love to put the line on greenbeans and work with you to see how we can both benefits from each other`s dream.
