I am new to creating website content and I was wondering if I could get some pointers.

I am looking for advice on the content I have, does it compel people to choose Response Services, and the content I should have, what will make people connect with Response Services and make them more likely to choose Response Services when the need first-aid training. I am not necessarily interested in SEO as I am only interested in a local market at the present time.

I have recently started a first aid training organization and am in the process of getting business cards made up. I do not want to be handing out business cards with a website that may drive away potential customers. At present my target market is to business in the area who need to train their employees. When I get enough traffic and have some money to advertise locally I am looking at marketing to the general public as well.

I am looking to express that I am not like the other guys. I am looking at building my business around the thought that my instructors have a more knowledgeable background and that we provide a better teaching environment

I want my website to support my customers decision to choose me

I have been using Microsoft Office Small Business to design my site

My website as the subject line suggests is responseservices.ca
