Hi Joel,

I`m trying to add photos and I keep trying to click the Insert Image button, but I just keep hearing a bleep but nothing happens. A dialogue button never pops up. So, what can I do?

Jeannie & RankinOriginals,

Could you please post which browsers you`re using when this problem occurs?

Hello!

I`m wanting to completely re-do the text in the description box.  I wrote what I wanted to say in Word 2007 then cut and paste it into the description field.

When I click preview, I get the message that the HTML code has made the character count exceed the 6000 limit.

I didn`t add any HTML code or at least not intentionally - I do have three sets of bulleted lists, which could be formatted without the bullets, but I can`t seem to delete the bullets without messing with the rest of the formatting.

Should I start over?

Thanks!

JoAnne,

Word is adding HTML code to your listing behind the scenes.  I suggest you start over; if you are still having this problem try creating the listing entirely using the Marketplace WYSIWYG editor instead of copying from Word.

Hi Oleg,

I was using the browser from AOL. But when I switched to IE, it worked fine!

Thanks!

Looks like I`m not alone - I want to post my company`s logo, but can`t even find where to click to add a picture.  Any way there could be a couple lines of instructions added to that enticing "add a picture" box so it is made easier?

Thanks!,

Molly

How do you make a hot link in your signature?

I`ve tried the <a href> tag and it doesn`t work.

Thanks.
