I grew up in North Pole, Alaska....seriously. That pretty much speaks for itself. I am an alum of Florida State University, with a major in history.Yes, I went as far away from North Pole as I could get. I have absolutely no business experience whatsoever, I am flying by the seat of my pants so to speak. For the last 17 years I have been a stay at home mom to three wonderful kids. However, they are older and more independent which gives me much more free time to do the things that I love. I have a passion for all things rustic, so I opened an e-commerce business in Nov. 2006 selling rustic home accessories. I am also a sales rep for one of the lines that I carry, Silverado Home so yes, I am very busy. Although I would like to be busier with my business!I love to spend my free time hiking and gardening and reading. I read a lot, and I read a lot of everything. No rhyme or reason to what I choose. It can be Shakespeare on day and Janet Evanovich the next.
