I am a diet coach, that is... a professional diet motivation expert. I’m a geek in training... having gone from being a techno-phobe to webmistress. I also broadcast two podcasts (Reasonable Diet’s Six Minutes of Sanity and Reasonable Diet: AIM Support Group Podcast.)

I have a bi-weekly newspaper column and more than 70 current clients... so I'm a busy gal.

I find time for social justice work (I coordinate a Books to Prisoner program) and I'm married to a sweetheart of a partner who is an entrepreneur also. We take long distance bike rides, travel, and see lots of folk music shows.
