MyWellnessspace.com was brought to life while I was developing wellness software for a company called active@anyage. There is a great need for a niche myspace. The site looks and funtions somewhat like myspace, but has a couple of cool features myspace doesn't currently have.

After I installed my wellness software into Manatee countie's wellness center, it became very appearent the this service was needed. Manatee county has 3,000 employess and uses an intranet to keep in touch with their employees and to let them know what upcoming programs the center is going to offer.
I over heard an employee say something to the effect of "it would be great if we had a meeting place online, to start walking clubs or share diet secrets." I got a great programmer and he found a great os php program that had all of the features of myspace and get this it only cost $375 to purchase a license and $75 a year to keep there logo off of the site. I plan a promoted launch by the April 2007.
