About Me
Though I didn’t know it at the time my entry into entrepreneurship began in forth grade when my brother and I started mowing yards for some extra spending money. I caught the bug then but it took almost three decades to germinate. I became a hiring I.T. manager for a small startup in 2001 and was appalled at the number of software developer applicants who could not write a simple application. Their resumes proclaimed skills, they could answer questions, some even had certifications but they were unable to apply theoretical knowledge in real world situations. When the start up folded in 2005 I became an independent consultant. During that time I realized that many companies hire software developers but do not have the expertise to adequately evaluate the applicants. IdopI Programmer Evaluations Services (IPES) was born.

About my company
At IdopI Technologies, Inc. our passion is excellence in software development. One way we promote this is by offering some of the most valid software developer evaluations available.
