My mission is to help people live long and healthy lives by educating, motivating, and encouraging them to live active lifestyles.
I work with people to help them understand just how critical it is for them to get regular physical activity, and to guide them in how to work it into their busy schedules. Hint: eliminate half of the kids current extra-curricular activities, half of your own "media" time, and get your whole family involved in a fun, regular activity. Together!
