I have had two consulting businesses over the last 13 years where I worked with companies to help them maximize each employee's strengths. I also have helped them create processes to effectively hire the right people. My main focus has been in the area of sales. In one instance, I saved one company $8 million/year by implementing a "Best Practices" approach to hiring. In another instance I was instrumental in increasing the company's revenue by more than 75% over the previous year through performance-enhancing initiatives.

I exited consulting for several years. I am re-entering the arena and I am excited to get my new business up and running.
