Though I am gregarious, I do not have a "brain trust" of entrepreneurial types to kick around ideas. I hope SUN can help remedy that.
Complicating matters, this big-city-boy needs to consider alternatives that can work in a rural area.
Recently we chose to pursue my wife's "bliss" of "equine therapy" and found the perfect stable for this purpose in rural Illinois. Given the housing market -- or better put lack-of housing market -- we went from an urban two-income / one-mortgage reality to a one-income / two mortgage situation with my wife in a rural area and I unable to join her due to lack of the reliable internet connection that I need for my job.
