Since relocating to Seattle in 1996, Mr. Kane has continued applying his operational management skills to both start-up’s and established businesses. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Kane was Area Operations Manager for Pawn X-Change (www.pawnxchange) where he helped develop the business from a three store base to a 27 store chain within 5 years.
