I am the Chief of Helping People and as such I help people, "consumers," with their consumer questions, problems, complaints, or issues with both companies and government agencies. I have successfully advocated for consumers who have needed help with Sears, Verizon, Best Buy, The Social Security Administration, the USPS, and other companies and government agencies as well. I publish a website and a blog. I promote The Be Positive Do Something Positive Day, March 1, 2008 and the "Kindness Grant" Program.
