I'm just starting to build my first company teaching cooking classes. I have a background in movie and television production so would eventually like to incorporate those skills, too. I have been getting some advice and professional coaching which has given me the confidence to make a move toward quitting my day job in event production. To sum up what I've learned so far: Think big and keep it simple. Get in motion - you can always course-correct!
