Dave McDonagh has over thirty years of experience in virtually all areas of business. He has provided business leadership and development while holding CFO, Corporate Counsel and Vice President positions with several organizations including Motion Control Components Incorporated, a leading supplier of high tech automation products and engineering services to the automotive and discrete manufacturing industry, and Nationwide Business Centers a supplier of credit and check processing to middle size companies located in Ohio, Michigan and Florida.
He has also worked in various executive level positions for Pacific Rim companies doing business in North America. Mr. McDonagh has acted as corporate counsel and as a tactical business specialist in helping businesses grow and prosper. He has worked with companies in North America and Internationally in areas of strategic planning, sales development, financial, and legal as well as total quality management and cycle time reduction. He sits on several Boards of Directors and has been involved with automotive and high tech industries throughout his career.
Mr. McDonagh holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo, with a minor concentration in Finance. His MBA in Marketing and JD in law are both from the University of Toledo as well. He also has attended graduate studies in Organizational Behavior and Development at Bowling Green State University.
Mr. McDonagh is the principal owner of Strategic Growth Associates Inc which has over 600 Affiliates through Resource Associates Corporation (RAC). He is involved in areas of business, financial, legal, and management consulting, sales development, life/business coaching and training, youth leadership, and leadership development. He is dedicated to helping organizations and individuals manage strategic change, innovation, cultural transition, and goal achievement. Clients' results are measured by increases in sales, productivity, performance, cost reduction, and asset utilization. He utilizes the RAC approach which is then tailored to meet organizational and individual needs with proven processes.
