Im a SAHM, who has formal training in the culinary arts. I worked in the field for over 12 years, and have my own baking business. We make cookies (a cross between a biscotti and a shortbread cookie--no name for the product as of yet) we also make cupcakes/pound cakes, gift baskets, and bite size cookies in traditional flavors and not so traditional flavors.
