Thank you for your interest in CallStreamz, our first customer contact call center opens in Queen Creek, Arizona in July 2009. When operational the center will employ 200 +.
The Queen Creek center will be one of five that will be built in the next four years. CallStreamz plans include 60 plus centers located in the USA, and will be adding 15,000 jobs to communities across America.
CallStreamz has a focus on employees beginning with its self-created “Benecentives” program, where employees can choose benefits and incentives based on their own life.
Currently over 5 million people work in call centers in the USA, they drive a good distance to work in a large centers generally in the city, CallStreamz will be located in business centers and retail strip malls close to the homes of our employees. In 5 years you will find CallStreamz in small towns, and the suburbs where jobs are needed with the rising gas prices the average one-hour drive to work is less economical. CallStreamz “Benecentives” program will allow employees to work when the can (want to) it will be the prefect part time job or to add that 2nd income. CallStreamz will become a value to the communities we call home by donating to schools, sponsoring local events, and other community services.
The industry is moving away from out-sourcing to off shore countries. Companies are learning that reducing customer contact cost by sending our jobs to other countries is costing customer retention, with language barriers and fewer regulations.
Customer Satisfaction is still #1, a recent study showed that for every 5 customers a company gains they run the risk of losing one by off-shore out-sourcing their customer contact. The call center industry has been growing a fast pace in the last few years and will continue, as the demand for customer contact continues.
Kevin Hulen the creator of CallStreamz has been working in the customer contact industry for over 15 years and developed projects for many companies. He has set-up and operated call centers using the process and procedures that will become the foundation of CallStreamz. Kevin has a complete Business Plan that will insure success for the company.
CallStreamz is currently looking for funding, and would be honored to entertain any option that is presented and will help the company meet monetary start-up goals.
