After 25 years working in big business with customers like Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Eli Lilly, Apple, and many other giants, I concluded it was more rewarding for me to focus on helping small business people be successful. Having started four small businesses during that same 25 years (two failed, two succeeded), I combine that experience with my years in the Dilbert society of big business to help others avoid my mistakes and learn from my successes.
