Hello,

I`d like to have some postcards printed for my business.  Can anyone recommend an online printing service where I can create the postcard online (using their tools or templates) and then have them printed as well?  I looked into 48hour print, but I have to have my own artwork.  Has anyone used Vista print?  Any tried and true recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

We use VistaPrint for all of our postcards.  Excellent quality product, great online tools & templates, and wonderful reproduction of our own photos, as well as a wide array of stock photos.

I can send you a link for a free sample of 100 regular postcards or 50 oversized postcards.  You do have to pay for shipping, and once you order from them you will forever be on their `preferred clients` email list.  ~lol~

I`d be happy to send you a couple of our marketing post cards so you can judge the quality for yourself, if you like.

You might also want to check out printingforless.com - they advertise here on SuN.

Hi Renee,

I completely reccommend PrintingForLess.com. You can actually deal with a human being in Montana who is extremely well trained in printing, paper, design and customer service.

You will get your order quickly and cost-effectively. Most importantly, it will be done right and look great. And if you have any questions, you`ll deal directly with one of three people at all times - so you`ll know their names.

I know there are a lot of printing companies out there, but if you want great quality and service (and really cool postcards in 4-color print), I highly suggest visiting www.printingforless.com. The employees love working there, and you can tell! I had them do some business cards for me, and I couldn`t believe the service I received!

Hope this helps,

Melanie

Renee,

I got my postcards for my business done at Vistaprint. I got 100 postcards for free (S&H extra of course).  They are great. one side is glossy and the other is matt finish for writing.

Good quality, easy to design using their templates and quick delivery.  They will send you  sale emails everyday though.

I print all our own stuff in-house. For folding or cutting I take it to Kinko`s. It`s great for small quantity prints. I purchased an Okidata 5500c and just refill the cartridges for 135$ for all 4 colors. It takes 1 or 2 times before your proficient at it refilling. This method allows us to generate highly targeted flyers, mailers, etc which really have a huge impact on ROI. If were going to "Acme Bar & Grill" I can customize the flyer for those types of people and even and the name of the place on the flyer. It makes a HUGE difference.

Now for large print jobs I tend to use a local place because I wanna double check there work and review the proof.

Printing for less is great plus you get a discount. For real cheap rates I use RD3graphics.com

Thank you so much!  I have been on Vista print before and just checked out Printing for less and now feel much more comfortable going with one of those companies.  I appreciate the responses!

Hi Renee,

I`m sure you will find the perfect printer for you, but I just wanted to call your attention to Andrew Field`s blog post today at:

This is just a sample of their customer-service level.

Best of luck...
