Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am really getting my mind boggled down trying to find a solution for my business point of sale and software for my business overall. I am wanting to go with QuickBooks Enterprise (I already use it and really like it!) However with that being said. My business doesn`t just do SALES it also has a SERVICE component to it and also an INTERNET component into it. I need to be able to schedule ship dates in my store when people check out and I have yet to find anything that will allow me to make schedules at the time of check out. The service side must some how link the scheduled data to their system and in addition the service side will need to add a SERIAL NUMBER back into the customers records at the time of shipping. The online orders will also need to be attached to the databases and all the sales and service information uploaded so people can check information about their orders done through the retail store or online or in service. I was thinking about using QuickBooks pos with FISHBOWL or FISHBOWL with QuickBooks but I am not sure it solves all the things I need done.

Thanks!

I just sent you an e-mail of an AIPB member who might be able to help you.
