The contest has reached its third and final week and the competition
is fierce! This week at StartupNation.com five new pitchers compete for
a coveted spot in the final round. Listen to the pitches as the
remaining five compete for the last spot in the finals, which air on
December 2nd and 3rd. In the final show, three contestants, one
winner from each show, will deliver their refined pitch one last time
to Jeff and Rich Sloan and a mystery judge. At the end of the program
the winner will be chosen and he or she will be awarded the grand prize
of the Ultimate Hookup – in-person coaching at StartupNation
headquarters and a chance to meet a team of angel investors.
The winner of week one’s competition is Lynne (delete last name) of “
asoundmatch,”
an on-line dating service that matches people based on their taste in
music. The winner of week two’s competition is Phil of “
pixlit,”
an on-line resource that provides educational tools to parents. Lynne
and Phil will go on to compete in the final round against the third
finalist, who will be announced this weekend after the community’s
votes are tallied. The final show will be exciting for the listeners
and the pitchers alike as the three finalists compete for The Ultimate
Hookup!
