  • A male customer can close in 2 sessions, but a female takes 6-7. Women just buy differently.
  • Women definitely do more research before purchasing than men. So it's important to have your website enriched with information & also comfortable for her to navigate. Make it female friendly with images that make her feel like she's welcomed.
  • You're going to sell very similarly to a woman you'll just have to do a little bit more. She appreciates being empowered with more information as an educated consumer.
  • Part of the fun for men is the close, the hunt, wheeling & dealing. For women, it's understanding what this product or this salesperson will provide for me long-term - the service, the relationship.
  • Women are turning to the internet in very large numbers to do their shopping. Women want to trust.
