Hi everyone,

I am a franchisee of a big sushi chain and I own a small sushi (to-go) bar in a university in a small town. There are two big supermarket chains in my town and one of the chains has a sushi(to-go) bar in their markets like mine, but the other one doesn’t. I see that as an opportunity and want to expand my business. i have been in sushi business for eight years and now I am confident that I can run the business on my own. But the problem I am having is approaching the supermarket’s management. How do I formally approach the management of the supermarket so that I can offer my sushi(to-go) service in its supermarkets? Do I send proposal or request for proposal to the management? Who do I send it to? to Store director?to Operation manager?to Catering manager? Or to all of them? Should I do that on my own or should I hire a business consulting firm/agent to represent me?
any advice will be very appreciated.

It all depends on what you are in favorable of, if you could give time to the project then there's no answer to it but if you can't then it's better to hire some good consulting firm.
