Very well put epeters.  One needs to stick with it and follow through with the Day-to-day Success Guide training program.  Don`t follow through and fail, it`s that simple.  One does NOT need to sign up for every affiliate program offered within PIF4P.  As stated in the Success Guide one can make monies from just one affiliate program or any combination that`s offered.  This is up to the member.  Obviously the more programs one signs on to and upgrades, the more monies made, assuming one follows the Success Guide and continues to get new members.  I`ve been with PIF4P not a year yet and have over 60 in my direct downline and many more indirectly.  I LOVE THIS PIF4P!

I joined `em all. My fiance and I both got laid off from our construction jobs (LIke every year,we live in New York so we only work in the summer) and decided to either go big or stay home. We invested every dime we had into it, and that was only a little over a month ago. Lucky for us one of our first downliners was a girl that worked hard at it like we did, and we`re doing great. Had 4 more sign ups this week. Hope they all work just as hard. PIF4P is awesome!

One more thing. The girl mentioned above is doing it mostly free.She`s not making a ton of money, but she`s getting a ton of signups. If she`d stayed upgraded in all the recomended things, she`d be doing real good for herself. Now, b/c she isn`t a paid/upgraded member, most the commissions from her down line go to me. Talk about your downline doing the work for you!

I`m sorry to hear you`ve been laid off epeters.  But I`m glad you`ve decided to get involved with PIF4P and the affiliate programs (where we make our monies). 

By the way, have you re-downloaded the new 3Step autoresponder emails yet.  Of the 19 original there`s now 46.  Keep in mind you need to edit the 3Step emails to reflect YOUR Traffic Oasis ID.  Send me an email and I`ll tell you specifically which ones need to be edited.

Thanks, I din`t know to re-download them. I`ll make sure to check that out. I hate to dissagree with you, but we make our money from our Primary Business. I use my affliate stuff for my funded proposal. I think that`s the way PIF4P is intended to be used. That`s where the REALresiduals come from. Simply because your Primary Business is supposed to sell actual products that everyone uses. (along with earning commissions from signups) I use Shaklee(recommended by Paul and Joel). People may come and go from affiliate things, but if you have a good Primary Business, they`ll keep coming back for more, forever. Shaklee`s been around for 50 years, how long do you think all the affiliate stuff`s been around? The reason it`s been around for so long is b/c it sells things EVERYONE needs and buys on a regular basis. Things like cleaning products, vitamins, make-up etc.

Thanks for posting the articles, I read all of them, and I must say I liked the first two better.The last one there sorta blew me away. It says Shaklee makes `promises of unrealistic income.` Shaklee doesn`t promise anything. It tells you how much money you CAN make, not how much money you WILL make. That parts up to the person who joins. The harder you work the more money you make. Just like everything else. Shaklees been arounf for 54 yrs and has a stong business. That says it all. If you look in the web you can find people talking crap about just about anything. Thanks for posting 2 different views. What do you think about Shaklee, Netuser?

I have read 13 pages of back and forth and I am still as confused as ever. 

I joined PIF4P because I need a way to promote my primary and secondary business.  But I spent so much time trying to read the material that  I did no work on my primary or secondary businesses for two days.  So I decided to take a break. 

Some where in the mix I got lost  and  still have not found myself.  I have a sponsor who keeps emailing me to call so that she can help.  I guess I should take her up on that offer. 

I am telling you, this has been a spirited conversation and I am still confused. PIF4P is a scam if you are not in it, it is not a scam if you are in it.  I am not that confused after all!  Well no one like to think they have been scammed. 

Still, I am a firm believer in education.   You know in for a penny, in for a pound.   I am truly debating just chucking in the whole blooming thing. 

I did notice one strange thing with GDI - they say if you want to cancel your memebership you can only do it by phone, so they give a  toll-free number, but when you call, you get a recording telling you to send an e-mail. Puzzling.

The FTC comment on MLMs that over inflate the potential earnings seem to be true.  Pick up any direct marketing magazine and you know, "You can make a 6-figure income without lifitng a finger".  In fact you don`t have to do any thing. 

But let`s be for real, most of us here are in internet marketing, and quite a few in network marketing, did you fall for the hype, or were you realistic?  MLM, like any other business venture, requires research and a certain degree of knowledge. MLM is like a franchise, with the primary difference being, you don`t have access to the feasibility study or all the perks or headaches of a brick and motar.  The successful network marketer did not jump wearing rose coloured glasses and eyes wide shut.
