Hi,

I just joined this site because I am an entrepreneur and I would like to be surrounded with great minds. This brings me to my question of the day. I currently have a contract for a housing project overseas (30 apt).I also know that many people are out there looking for ways to scam others.

Can anyone advise me on ways to fund this project?

PS:  I am only interested in serious, legal and professional solutions except the banking industry of course. I am not interested in SCAMS AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES)

You should visit real estate investment sites. Start with investors in your area.

Yahoo Groups has real estate investment groups that meet regularly nationwide (on a local basis). Give it a try.
