I have an online products and services business and I really want some solid input for common legal obligations for services given in terms of guarantees, and best practice guidelines. For example, my understanding is that there is a mandatory 30 day online guarantee - and in this case I could spend 3 weeks of services rendered only to have them pull payment on day 29??? I'm completely dedicated to quality from A to Z, it's more about people that would exploit that 30 day window... what protection do I have, and at the same time I want to reassure all valid clients of the extensive efforts made.
