I suggest everyone here to read Google blog regularly not only because it is awesome but you can always cross check if something that is written at some random place online about Google is true or not.
As in this case, Google does not say that nofollow links are useless as these links still fetch a lot of traffic to your website.
We can say that when it comes to placing a link somewhere, one should prefer dofollow website over a nofollow one.

True. dofollow links are better.. but, a link is a link.. even nofollow pointing to your site is better than no link.

I think that no-follow links are still beneficial. Personally, if a no-follow link brings us 50 visitors a day, then I would much rather have that than a do-follow link that only brings 5. The "link juice" isn't everything if you can drive enough referral traffic through no-follow links. You are correct however, when you say a healthy mix of both is best, neither can be ignored.

What is different between nofollow and dofollow links? Any one can answer me?

nofollow links don't send link juice, and dofollow do sent link juice..

In the SEO point of view Nofollow links are useful because some search engine give weight-age to nofollow links too. and it is good for reader point of view. it increase your site traffic.........

It is good to put your efforts in getting a DoFollow Link for your website. NoFollow doesn't harm however.
