I own a remax franchise in sw fl. I need cash to move forward with a lead generation co. I own a buildable oceanfront lot in nc. The lot is worth aprox 600k.I will happlily let go for 500k. The lot has a first for 112k. I am looking for a second in the amount of 75k. This will be paid immediatley at closing. If anyone has interest you will make interest for one year even though i  have it on the market and expect to be at the closing table in less than 4 months.
